To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please read the following rules and practical information carefully.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in
Check-in is available
from 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their expected arrival time.
At check-in, all guests must present:
- a valid photo ID
- a credit card
Check-out
Check-out must be completed
by 11:00 AM.
Late Check-in
Arrivals between 10:00 PM and 2:00 AM are subject to the following additional charges:
- €25 for arrivals after 10:00 PM and within midnight
- €50 for arrivals after midnight and within 2:00 AM
In case of late check-in, guests are required to provide
flight details at the time of the request.
All late check-in requests are
subject to confirmation by the property.
Self check-in is available until
2:00 AM at no additional cost.
To use the self check-in service, guests must have a
smartphone connected to the internet and equipped with an
instant messaging app such as
WhatsApp, Viber, or WeChat.
Cancellation and Payment
Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary according to the selected rate type.
Please check the applicable conditions carefully before confirming your reservation.
Once the free cancellation period has expired, no changes, modifications, date variations, or penalty-free cancellations are permitted.
Payment must be made by one of the guests who will actually be staying at the property.
Children and Beds
Children
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children aged 2
years and older are considered adults for pricing purposes.
To ensure correct pricing and occupancy information, please indicate the number and ages of children when making your booking.
Cots and extra beds
Baby cots are available
upon request, subject to availability.
Requests must be made
at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
A
€25 supplement per stay applies.
Extra beds are not available.
Minimum Age
The minimum age required to check in is 18 years.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property.
Parties and Events
Parties, events, and celebrations are not allowed, including bachelor or bachelorette parties or similar gatherings.
Quiet Hours
Guests are required to respect quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM, in order to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
Special Requests
All special requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
Special requests can be added during the booking process or communicated directly to the property using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation.
